hi friends! this year has been off to an incredible start and i am excited about all of the projects and events that are lined up in the coming months. i am still booking weddings for 2010 so please send your friends, family and clients my way!
this year i’ve made a few personal resolutions, and am glad to say that so far i’ve been joyfully living them! one of my favorites so far has been a daily iphone photo project — every day, i’m posting a photo (and some inspiring words) over on this new blog i’ve started, i hope you’ll bookmark it and check back daily — www.organicphotographs.tumblr.com — i have already taken hundreds of photos this year with my iphone and have been enjoying sharing some of my personal imagery, hope you enjoy too!!
** i’ve had some people ask how i’m processing these images. i use a mix of 3 apps — camera bag, best camera and tilt shift
and because posts are always better with photos, here is a photo from this morning in rainy san francisco…
one of my favorite parts about being a wedding photographer is seeing couples turn into families. last year baby t’s parents had the most lovely wedding in coronado, this year i got to photograph their sweet baby girl. at two months old she is cooing and smiling and just as cute as can be.

i wanted to share another album that i am in love with.
jenn & mike’s destination wedding in lake tahoe has been featured on San Francisco Style Unveiled and you can also see some of their wedding on super 8 video shot by Jason of Cheesbrough of VideoQuest Productions
this first spread shows the first and last pages of the album

with the year coming to an end i’ve been shooting less and working behind the computer more. one of my favorite parts of shooting weddings is designing the album, i love how powerful images are when they’re shown together. i just finished designing two albums from liz & giuliano’s destination wedding in maine and thought i’d share a few of my favorite spreads. enjoy!!

a few photos from yesterday…

this past weekend i enjoyed a stroll through the mission with kelly & ben.
